I have been experimenting lately with thinner flies with skinny legs. I'm thinking these may work better for the small streams I fish.
Possible grass carp fly.
These were custom tied by a friend. They are made for going deep. The segmented look of the body is actually a steel wrap. Pretty cool.
I wanted to try these out this weekend but the rain changed my plans. The weather lately has sucked.
